This is a beautiful example of a late-1970s Yamaha FG-301B, made in Japan during the highly regarded Nippon Gakki era. The FG-301B is sought after for its classic Yamaha build quality, balanced tone, and distinctive appointments that set it apart from standard FG models.

Finished in natural gloss with tasteful multi-ply binding, this guitar features Yamaha’s traditional dreadnought body, delivering strong projection with a warm, articulate voice that suits both strumming and fingerstyle playing.

This example is in excellent vintage condition, with light cosmetic wear consistent with age and careful ownership. Structurally sound, straight neck, healthy top, and plays comfortably up the neck.

Includes the original Yamaha hard case, which is increasingly difficult to find and adds both value and collectability.
