This vintage Terada JW-835 is a beautiful example of the quality that made Japanese-built acoustics from the 1970s so highly regarded by players and collectors alike.

Featuring a beautifully aged spruce top, striking rosewood back and sides with a traditional three-piece back, pearl inlays and original Terada hardware, the JW-835 offers outstanding craftsmanship and a warm, articulate voice that has only improved with age.

Built by Terada Musical Instrument Co., one of Japan's most respected guitar manufacturers, this instrument represents exceptional value when compared with modern acoustics of similar quality.

Condition

Very good vintage condition.

The guitar has a professionally repaired headstock that is structurally sound. Cosmetic wear includes buckle rash on the back and light surface scuffs consistent with age, but overall it remains a very attractive instrument.

An increasingly collectible Japanese acoustic with excellent tone and vintage character.
