This is a 2022 Taylor Custom Catch GS (Grand Symphony) acoustic-electric guitar, a NAMM-exclusive Custom Shop build, made in the USA and presented in mint condition.

Built as part of Taylor’s Custom Catch program, this instrument was selected from limited-run guitars produced for NAMM, featuring elevated specifications and premium tonewoods beyond standard production models.

The guitar features a torrefied Sitka spruce top, delivering enhanced responsiveness, warmth, and an open, played-in character, paired with tropical mahogany back and sides for strong fundamentals, clarity, and balance.

Taylor’s Grand Symphony body offers the depth and power of a dreadnought with greater control and articulation. It delivers a deep, authoritative low end, focused mids, and a clear, controlled top end, making it exceptionally versatile across fingerstyle, flatpicking, and dynamic strumming.

Electronics are provided by the original Taylor Expression System, factory-installed and specified for this Custom Shop build. This hybrid pickup system combines a magnetic neck pickup with body sensors and is widely regarded for its warm, natural amplified tone and excellent feedback resistance. Controls for volume, bass, and treble are discreetly mounted on the upper bout.

Cosmetically and structurally this guitar is exceptional, with no cracks, repairs, modifications, or issues of any kind. It presents as near new.
